• Education / Training = 1-2 hours
• Current Employee PDM’s = 1 hour
• Education Team = 1-2 hours
• Location Operations = 1 hour
• Marketing Team = 1 hour
• L10 / Same Page / IDS = 1 hour
• General Communication / Updates = 30 minutes

External

• New Talent Hiring Process:
  • Initial phone/zoom interview = 15-30 minutes
  • 1st in person interview (All about you) = 1 hour
  • 2nd in-person interview (All about us) = 1 hour
  • Orientation Day! = 3 hours
• Sales Reps / Professional Contacts = 30-60 minutes
